We make provision for

1. an individual, single use license (R999), which allows you to only file one provisional patent application
2. an individual license, multi-use license (R1 999), which allows you to file as many provisional patent applications as you require; or
3. a corporate license (R7 999), which allows you to run the Patent Toolkit on up to 6 computers for a single license fee. This also allows you to draft and file as many provisional patent applications as you require.

Individual, Single Use license
The individual, single use license is aimed at the single inventor who wants an easy and cheap way to obtain provisional patent protection for their idea. An individual single use license entitles you to install the Patent Toolkit on a single computer and use it for filing a single provisional patent application. This version is only for use by yourself. Cost: R999 (includes VAT and shipping within the RSA).



Individual Multi-Use license
The individual license is aimed at the single inventor who has many potential ideas for which they wish to obtain provisional patent protection. An individual multi-use license entitles you to install the Patent Toolkit on a single computer and only for use by yourself. You can of course use it for multiple inventions over an unlimited period of time! Cost: R1 999 (includes VAT and shipping within the RSA)

If you want to install the Patent Toolkit on more than one computer, or if more than one person will use the Patent Toolkit, you should either purchase additional individual licenses for each additional computer or user, or you should purchase a corporate license.



Corporate license
The corporate license is perfect for innovative companies that are in the business of creating novel processes or product concepts! A corporate license entitles you to install the Patent Toolkit on up to 6 computers for use by only you and your employees. Cost:R7 999 (includes VAT and shipping).

Please note that the type of license does not impact on the content of the Patent Toolkit; it only impacts on the number of computers it may be installed on, the number of provisional patent application it may be used for, and the number of people that may use it.
